The views from the farmhouse gardens and swimming pool are simply breathtaking, looking onto valleys of undisturbed countryside dotted with vineyards, woodland and olive groves.

In our opinion, the accommodation is suitable for one/two couples or a family of four persons wishing to be within walking distance of a restaurant and thus minimise evening driving. We are delighted to offer a special two person price stay during all months except July and August.

Position: Florence and Siena can both be reached for day outings by country road or motorway (50km) and (25km) respectively. Other interesting towns in the area are Gaiole (5km) and Radda (10km), two historical Chianti Classico towns. One can visit the wine cellars and gardens of Brolio Castle (4km) where the first Chianti wine was made. Further information to the area is provided in our guide Essential Chianti.

Il Giardino is a pretty garden flat overlooking the swimming pool area. It enjoys panoramic views and the accommodation is as follows:

Ground floor: open-plan lounge/dining room with fully fitted kitchen including oven and 4-ring hob. Large windows with a splendid valley view. 2 double bedrooms (one of which is a twin). Bathroom with fully fitted bathroom suite including sink, toilet, bidet and shower.

Exterior: Pretty garden laid to lawn with a private area directly outside the accommodation for sitting/eating. From here there are a few steps down to the swimming pool (10 by 5 metres).

Further information: Please arrive between 4 and 7pm. Guests unable to arrive between these times are asked kindly to let us know and another time may be arranged for you. Please bring towels for use at the pool. All other bed/bath linen is provided. Gas is charged for per cubic metre (Please ask for current costs if required). Laundry room with washing machine at guest’s disposal.
